This month we will be welcoming Kari Utley from Stout Executive Search. Kari has twenty years of experience in international business development, cross-cultural training, mediation, and business ownership backing her for a very thorough speech. She offers a unique perspective on the value of diversity in building teams to service clients. Kari received her Bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Tech University and her Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is passionate about helping clients and candidates find the best suited environment in which to achieve personal and professional success.

Kari will be approaching several very important questions on the topic of personal value and benefit to a company and employer. A few of the questions she hopes to touch base with and help us all understand are: What skill are needed to get to the next level within a company? What is the employer really looking for from employees? and What makes an employee an asset to a company offering greater rewards? From the perspective of assisting clients find new employees, Kari knows what sells and what doesn’t in the female workplace today.

Show your support for Kari and the Women in Networking group by attending, Kari’s experience will be a great asset to us all.
